Impound Hours of Operation
Unless your vehicle has been seized by the police and removed to their official police yard, the vehicle will be taken to our secured Impound facility, located at 403 South Franklin St, Hempstead NY. In order to redeem your vehicle, you must produce the documentation listed here, and pay in full towing and storage charges due.
Required Documentation• NY Residents: Title and Registration for the Vehicle
• NY Residents: DMV issued Drivers License
• Out of State Residents: DMV issued Proof of Ownership and DMV issued Driver's License
Storage
Storage for your vehicle is charges at a daily rate. All days count as storage, including the days the Impound is closed. Storage charges begin the day your vehicle is towed, and are charged full days only, including the day you redeem your vehicle. Charges are not pro-rated, regardless of the time of release.
Payments of Charges
Payment methods accepted for vehicle release is CASH ONLY. No other types of payments will be accepted. Vehicle must be removed from our facility before the close of business on the day charges are paid, or additional storage charges will be incurred.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these Requirements! Jason's Towing Inc accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage to an Impounded vehicle arising from hook up, towing, handling or storage of same. We are also not responsible for loss of, or damage to, any personal belongings or other items left in vehicle.
